About Me

Hi, I’m Jeremy. This past year has been quite the journey. I have learned a lot about life, health, human potential, mindfulness, and community. I learned that conventional wisdom and conformity are huge obstacles in our lives, and it’s up to the individual to teach themselves. It’s possible for all of us to change and improve, but it’s up to you. Nobody can eat, exercise, rest, hydrate, learn, and heal for you. My path has changed for the better, and I plan on sharing my insights with you in the hope that you may experience what I have. I hope you enjoy and can incorporate some of the knowledge I have attained! -Jeremy
